Buying a course
When you purchase a course, you'll be logged in automatically and taken to a confirmation page.
Click "Access Training" to go directly to the course player.
Logging in
Click the "Login" button in the upper right corner of any page.
Enter the email address you used to purchase your courses and click "Send login link." We'll email you a link that logs you in instantly — no password needed. The link expires after 15 minutes.
Note: if you don't see a Login button you are already logged in.
Accessing your courses
After you log in, open the user menu in the upper right and click "My Courses." You will see a list of the courses you have purchased.
Click on any course to see its outline and begin watching videos.
Playing videos
Click on a course to see the full list of videos. Then click any video to play it.
Practice workbooks
When a video has a practice workbook, you'll see a "Download Practice" button below the video player.
Tracking watched videos
Videos are marked as watched automatically when you play them. You'll see a "Watched" indicator next to each video in the course outline.
To see all of your watched videos in one place, open the user menu and click "Watched Videos."
Managing your account
Open the user menu and click "Account" to view your account details, including your email address and purchased products.
To change your email address, scroll to the bottom of the page, enter a new address under "Change Email," and click "Send verification."
We'll send a verification link to the new address. Find the email and click the link to confirm the change.
